The plants were hit with a little bit of the last freeze that hit here in Georgia so they tips will be trimmed a little, but will measure what is stated and they will grow back! The pittosporum is hardy in USDA Zones 8 to 10. It can grow up to 15 feet tall and wide. They can be grown in full sun to partial shade. These plants bloom a fragrant white bloom in late spring and into summer. (The smell of this bloom resembles an orange blossom- that is why it is called a mock orange) This plant measures 10 inches tall and 10 inches wide. (These plants are measured from the top of the root ball to the top of the plant!) The picture shows one of the actual plants that will ship.The plants are left in the pots until agreement and payment to purchase has been received. Then they are pulled from the pot, wrapped in plastic with some of the dirt mixture to keep it somewhat moist and packaged to ship. They will ship USPS Priority mail that day. I do only ship live plants on Monday and Tuesday and occasionally on Wednesday so they arrive to you before the weekend! Please be sure that after you receive the tracking information that you have someone to receive the package so it does not sit in the hot sun and bake in the box all day!We are licensed in the state of Georgia as a nursery and are inspected as such. Some of the plants you receive may still have some white residue on them from the last spray to control the fungus, pests, and to fertilize the plants. This residue is normal and will wear off in time. We guarantee that our plants will arrive alive to your destination if removed immediately upon arrival.We're sorry, but we do not ship these plants to California, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico due to restrictions by their Departments of Agriculture.
